Kids class 5 year old and up, starts at 6 pm to 7 pm.
Adult classes start at 7 pm. to 8.15 pm.
Okinawan traditional karate is to enhance confidence,discipline, and most of all to have fun. All students are challenged at their level and parents are welcome to join in on the training's. It does work so much better when parents have an input. Classes are very cheap $30 a term or cheaper when a family is involved.
Senior classes are the same price and cheaper when family is involved.
We are involved with other sports, athletics, line dancing, yoga, MMA, and looking at Tai chi. Paying a small fee to each gives you value for money and a place to call your own to keep active and having fun.
