Kilbirnie: Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm,
Newlands 5.30-6.30pm

N.B.This is a Karate Self defence Class, not a Karate Child minding class. Normal dojo training and discipline applies. Adults are encouraged to sign up for the senior classes.
