Dianne provides music lessons on a range of instruments for small groups or individuals, including ukulele, guitar, piano and violin. Dianne has qualifications in piano (ATCL, AIRMTNZ) , theory and violin. She performs regularly in her band entitled Dianne Morgan and the Jade River Ukes at community events, private functions and at festivals. She is also a trained primary school teacher (BEd. Primary) and has taught music to children and adults over the last 30 years.
Ukulele classes are held at the Old Masonic Hall, 3 Baxter Street, Warkworth on Tuesday afternoons. Beginner children at 3:30pm for 30 minute classes ($5) and more experienced Maestro children at 4pm for 45 minute class ($7.50). Adults are catered for with Absolute Beginner classes at 2:30pm for 45 minutes ($7.50) for the first time ukulele student. Additional hour long ($10) adult classes are at 1:30pm and 5:30pm for adult students who have covered basic chords and are ready to spread their wings to more complex songs, chords and riffs.

Dianne's motto is "Let your musical dreams take flight". She helps each individual student to develop music skills required to reach their full potential, whilst also discovering the joy of music and learning alongside friendly and supportive students.

She also teaches piano and violin to individual students and guitar to small groups at her Valerie Close studio.

    Dianne Morgan's Ukulele classes
    I have attended Dianne Morgan's ukulele classes for a year and been deeply impressed with her musical skills and ability to encourage students of all ages in a supportive and friendly environment. We play at many community events and this up skills the ukers as well as bringing joy to others. Her classes are affordable for all and great value. I highly recommend them. Players come from kaipara, kaiwaka and Takatu and drive miles for their ukulele fun. Come join us. Great for your health and well being as well as having fun performing, should you choose to do so.
