The Waiheke Recreation Centre is a central asset to the local Waiheke community for sports and recreation. It’s the only indoor sporting facility on the island and is a very popular asset during the Winter months. We are a not for profit organisation that promotes and supports the development of badminton within the South of Auckland. We run various badminton programmes that caters to different abilities, starting from beginner to elite levels. There are 6 courts available for hire. These can be used to host local and national events, school holiday programmes and casual hire.
