Kids class 5 year old and up, starts at 6 pm to 7 pm. Adult classes start at 7 pm. to 8.15 pm. Okinawan traditional karate is to enhance confidence,discipline, and most of all to have fun. All students are challenged at their level and parents are welcome to join in on the training's. It does work so much better when parents have an input.
