Born in Taiwan, Frankie started playing violin and piano at the age of 6 and had his first concert three years after. Frankie has played in orchestras from the age of 10, beginning with amateur orchestras such as the Classical Youth Orchestra in Taiwan and the Academy of Strings in New Zealand.
