After school drama classes for children aged 5-18 years. We have classes in Merivale, Halswell and in South Brighton. Our classes combine a structured fun-filled social environment with extensive use of improvisation and role-play to develop positive feelings of self worth and the ability to confidently express thoughts and feelings.

We have age ranked classes for 5-7 years. 7-9 years and 9-13 years, 13- 18 years. Current times and costs per term are:

Please note ages are flexible. We also have provision for mixed ages where 2 children from the same family wish to attend the same class. Talk to us about options.

Our classes are intense, energetic and move at a fast pace. They are designed to generate enthusiasm and initiative through various games and skill based tasks.

We use costumes, props and musical instruments as tools; students love using all these resources to experiment and create their own stories.

All this leads to Canvas Bag Theatre, the annual public performance in Term 3.
